'Sell With Us' Terms and Conditions

• All items remain your property until the point that the payment is made, this is the agreed amount stated on the initial email unless stated otherwise.
• Freshmans Archive Ltd is entitled to a fee for any item sold through our consignment programme.
• All payments are made within 48 hours from the point of sale, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
• Freshmans Archive Ltd will store the item on premises owned by us, and take full responsibility for any loss or damage to the item whilst in our possession.
• Freshmans Archive Ltd has the right to list the item on www.freshmansarchive.com. You can request at any point to have your item returned to you, which will incur a service charge.
• Freshmans Archive Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the initial offer via a written revised offer if the submission is not accurate, you have the right to decline the offer and the item can be returned to you. (this will incur a £20 service charge)
• Any receipts or paperwork sent in with items will have all personal information removed.
• Any item that is found to be counterfeit will incur a £40 authentication and processing fee to have your item returned.
• Any item that is 'not as described' in your submission will incur a £20 processing fee to have your item returned. (ensure your condition rating is accurate and any flaws are included in your submission). 
• In the event that an item is being returned outside of the UK, Freshmans Archive withholds the right to increase the service charge to compensate for the shipping costs that this incurs.
